A beachy lighthouse scene. Instructions include the technique to create the sand effect for the beached foreground.  A Spattering Tool is used for the technique; which is available on the Brushes and Tools page.  DecoArt's Weathered Wood is used to create the crackle effect on the tower. Design also includes stenciling.
