Lighting up the Winter

For the background techniques, Gesso is used for the Relief Stenciling to apply the snowflakes, saran wrap texturing and stenciling. Debby's Signature Texture Brush is used to create the airy background foliage. Crystal rhinestones are added for embellishments.
